Personal data about you will be processed.

The processing includes any form of collection, entry, organization, order, storage, processing, adaptation, modification, restriction, disclosure by transmission, provision or use of personal data. Reading, querying, linking or comparing up to the deletion and destruction of personal data also fall under the processing term in the sense of the European Data Protection Basic Regulation (GDPR).

There is no transfer to third countries.


Storage period/regulatory periods for data deletion

The deletion of data takes place within the scope of the storage obligations and periods, taking into account the purpose. The commercial or financial data of a closed fiscal year are deleted after 10 years in accordance with legal regulations, unless longer retention periods are prescribed or are necessary for legitimate reasons. Shorter cancellation periods are applied in specific areas (e.g. in the event of prolonged inactivity from your part). If data are not affected by this, they are deleted when the purposes mentioned under 4. cease to apply.

Rights of persons concerned (rights of information, revocation and deletion)

We expressly point out that there may be legal obligations to store data, in which case the data can only be blocked. From 25.05.2018 you also have the right to data transfer pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR and the right of appeal to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. If you revoke your consent to data processing or object to the use of the data, this does not affect the legality of data processing until the time of receipt of the revocation or objection. In addition, you have a right to know what type of data we store about you (right to information). The provision of your data is voluntary and without consequences.
